Having worked with global renewable energy companies on both utility and commercial projects, Scott’s experience makes him recognized as an industry expert. In the energy sector, Scott has worked on the demand side, the supply side, and energy efficiency projects, helping companies reduce their carbon footprint while saving money.
Scott was in California on the front lines of deregulation with both the gas and electricity industries. His last 20 years have been spent in the renewable energy sector working with PV panel manufacturers, power electronic manufacturers (inverters) including fuel cell manufacturers, and renewable project developers.
He has the ability to extract the value proposition from a complex multi-faceted deal, boil it down to simple concepts that are easy to understand, and pass that information on to the client. Scott’s ability to find connections between both people and companies has earned him the reputation of a true networker and the respect of his colleagues.
Director of Operations
Susan Sullivan is the Founder of Susan Sullivan & Co., providing marketing and business support to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Susan has over 35 years excelling in the administrative support field since she graduated from Heald Business College. Prior to launching her VA practice in 2003, Susan supported C-level executives and led support teams in both the public and private sectors. She also served two terms as the elected City Clerk for a northern California municipality.
Susan, and her team at SS&Co., partner with business owners developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to grow their businesses through technology. They create and maintain systems to streamline business practices. She prides herself on being an extension of her clients’ brands to get them noticed. Susan is delighted to be serving as the Director of Operations for the Scott Sullivan & Associates ensuring clear communication and seamless support.
Susan is an avid dog lover and enjoys traveling with her husband and going on adventures with her two free-spirited grandsons.
Administration & Financial Specialist
She has worked extensively in residential new custom-built homes, new commercial construction, remodel construction for residential and commercial projects. She has worked closely with Investors for building projects, realtors for REO repairs, CEOs and project managers, escrow officers and lending officers.
Jennifer has served as HR administrator for multiple companies. Her specialties include payroll reporting, worker’s compensation, prevailing wage, pre-liens, annual audit reporting, and compliance reporting.
Jennifer recently expanded her business as a Virtual Assistant supporting clients via Susan Sullivan Virtual Assistance. Jennifer brings her eye to detail to Scott Sullivan & Associates as the Administrative and Finance Specialist. Jennifer’s personal life quote, “If you can see the positive side of everything, you’ll be able to live a much richer life.”
Social Media Specialist
Robin Miles has worked with engineers and lawyers for most of her working adult life, fine-tuning her skills in technical and legal document creation and exceptional customer service.
In 2013, Robin took her experience into the Virtual Assistance field and started her own business supporting other entrepreneurs with a variety of their administrative and marketing needs. Robin began working with Susan Sullivan Virtual Assistance 4+ years ago and is an integral part of the SSVA team supporting clients. She is personable and has an endearing quality of listening to the needs of the client in order to be of the greatest service.
Robin serves as Social Media Strategist and Sales Support for Scott Sullivan & Associates providing business and marketing support to the sales team and their clients. Robin and her husband, Randy, enjoy camping, fishing and exploring the great outdoors.
Diana Bernal is our newest member of our team and brings a positive vibe as well as nearly ten years of sales and marketing experience. Diana’s work journey began out in the field delivering blueprints to subcontractors, interacting and meeting fresh new faces and establishing life-long friendships along the way. She was the division leader of the company’s maintenance department which included marketing, advertising and directing the field supervisors and foremen and their crews.
Diana is now flourishing as a virtual assistant where she gets to utilize her skills as a sales support specialist. She’s never met a stranger, loves to talk to people and excels in the sales arena.
Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys and their soft as a blanket labradoodle, Mr. Ruffles.
